By accessing and using the WhoCallz website (the “Service”) you accept these Terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
2. The service
The Service lets you look up phone numbers, read ratings and comments from other users, and submit your own comments, ratings and reports. Information is provided by the community and is for information purposes only.
3. User content
By posting a comment you declare that you are its author, that it reflects your real experience, and you grant the Service a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to display, store and reproduce it within the Service.
4. Rules of conduct
You must not post:
- personal data of third parties (full names, addresses, tax IDs, emails);
- offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or threatening content;
- advertising, spam or repeated comments;
- knowingly false information or manipulated ratings.
5. Moderation and removal
We may remove content that breaches these terms. Number holders may request review or removal of content about them using the removal request form.
6. Disclaimer
Ratings reflect users’ opinions and are not statements of fact by the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information and are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.
7. Intellectual property
The brand, design and code of the Service belong to [Nome da entidade]. Mass automated collection (scraping) of the content without prior authorisation is not allowed.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
